Good morning RJ,

We start today in Maricopa, where a new apartment complex could be coming to the city. The planning and zoning commission approved a 574-unit, multifamily residential development that will be named Apartments at Honeycutt. The project sits on 20 acres, located near the southeast corner of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and John Wayne Parkway.

While a long-running auto body shop in Coolidge may look the same on the outside, it has new ownership on the inside. Devin Everett took over Dreamline Collision Center in December 2022 and said he is dedicated to providing a great service to the people of Coolidge.
