Speaking of weekend events, internet company AireBeam will invite the Arizona City community to celebrate Valentine's Day with them at the Arizona City Fire District. The event will include food, craft stations, a balloon artist and jewelry for sale. Check out all the information here.

Plus, in Casa Grande, the city council, after much deliberation, flatly rejected a 120-unit apartment complex dubbed The Lofts at G-Diamond near the southeast corner of Kortsen Road and Colorado Street. Councilmembers voted 7-0 Monday to deny the major site plan request.
